FSCONS 2014/Evaluation Meeting/Task force

One outcome of the 2014 evaluation meeting was the creation of a "task force" to suggest solutions to the problems raised during the meeting.
It is currently composed of User:ljo, User:OliverP, User:Grégoire
Objective: Improve the work environment and ease the process of the conference organisation, reduce frustration and be more inviting for new people to join
Goal: Propose and implement of a list of changes to the organisation process.
The first meeting is Wednesday December 10th at Språkbanken
