- New members presented themselves and signed up for aspects.
- The date for the conference was set; it will be the second weekend in November, 8-10 November.
- We discussed having a theme for the conference, and decided to send out the question to the e-mail list.
- We discussed how the aspects best should conduct their internal communication.
- The policy aspect reported on their work since last meeting.
