Information

Tasks/subgroups for the execution group:

  • Social event
  • Registration desk (not physical, but setup of badges etc)
  • Café/bar/pub
  • Information desk
  • Volunteer manuals
  • Walk-through of volunteers days before the conf
  • Internal education for volunteers
  • Program booklet / handouts
  • Staffing of Info desk (incl one permanent staff, person in charge)
  • Staffing of "runners" for person in charge
  • Food planning (limited, but calling restaurants, etc)
  • Execution planning ("Körschema")
  • Supply management (water, gifts for speakers, etc)
  • Track managers coordination
  • Program changes during conference: printing new programs, etc.
  • Hosts for the conference.
