Helping at FSCONS?

Below are links to pages with information about each particular role. Before you sign up for any postion please send a mail to volunteer@fscons.org with a bit of information about yourself, such as name, why you want to volonteer, if you have been previous involved in FSCONS etc.

For ALL VOLUNTEERS the following procedure applies:

  • To sign up for a total of 10 hours of work during the conference (Friday-Sunday)
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before your work shift.
  • When you arrive for your first shift of the conference:
    • Report first to the conference manager, who will be in or around the café area. You can call the manager at 070-378 74 05.
  • If you are late, or won't be able to attend at all due to illness, call the manager at 070-378 74 05 as soon as possible.
  • At the end of your work shift, don't leave the station until the next volunteers have shown up.
