Tasks/subgroups for the execution group:
- Social event
- Registration desk (not physical, but setup of badges etc)
- Café/bar/pub
- Information desk
- Volunteer manuals
- Walk-through of volunteers days before the conf
- Internal education for volunteers
- Program booklet / handouts
- Staffing of Info desk (incl one permanent staff, person in charge)
- Staffing of "runners" for person in charge
- Food planning (limited, but calling restaurants, etc)
- Execution planning ("Körschema")
- Supply management (water, gifts for speakers, etc)
