About me

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for wanting to learn more about me. I will start with the cliché “I enjoy different cultures and traveling” as this has lead me through many different countries, cultures and food around the world and guided me to Sweden. I believe in creating positive opportunity for self-development and building new social networks. My education started in Australia and continues in Sweden in the form of a master in IT Management at Gothenburg University. The combination of life experiences, travel, education, food and much more has helped me develop my skills needed to be a good Esculent produce officer.

My work

The FSCONS CAFE (Culinary Acculturation Facilitator and Esculent)produce officers, are the team that provide the sustenance that energizes the enthusiastic crowds at FSCONS.

About me

CHECK LIST:

  • Plan the physical layout of the the cafe so there is enough room for the Cafe. Make sure there is a good source of water nearby, don't have electrical plugs under appliances that you will be poring water into its no fun when everything goes ZAP and the room goes dark (You can put the plug in a plastic bag and tape it so no water can come in as a last resort).
  • Apart from the food and drinks there are many things that are over looked, like getting enough storage room, a fridge, power connectors, a computer and cash register,

My work

PLANING:

  • STEP 1) The key to step one is to collect as much data from last year’s FSCONS Cafe. This will help to clarify exactly what need to be done first. This means that you need to contact the Budget Team and get a copy of the orders from last year. There are many unknown variables at the early stages in planning as the number of people coming to the FSCONS conference is as yet unknown. The budget is a key factor that is known or should be brought up by the Cafe Team ASAP.
