Talk:Seventh planning meeting 2012

I'm not sure I'll make it to the next meeting (work is piling up at the office). I'll try to make it, though! If you need any input from me, just email me or call. Grégoire, LJO, Oliver, Nahid and Klondike have my number I think! As a coordinator for the accessibility aspect, I don't have much to report. I've requested quotes for renting hearing loops, and will ask the sign-language interpretors from last year if they are interested in interpreting the videos after the conference (for which they will need to be paid) and what that would cost.
