I suggest we create a wiki page for each room, where we can put info on what should go there before, during and after the conference, as well as have sketches of the layout and photos etc. Preferable, we should also have (some of) this in some kind of printable form to facilitate putting the info to use during the conference. //Skymandr 08:16, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
