As decided on our last work meeting, we will from now on do most of the FSCONS planning meetings online, using IRC. This will hopefully provide a better working climate and enable more people to participate.
Our IRC channel is #fscons on irc.freenode.net

The purpose of our first meeting will mainly be to try it out and make sure everyone knows how it works before we get serious.

- Decide on a first social gathering for this year, where we will meet under less formal circumstances
