General responsibilities for a presentation room
- Doors: Making sure the doors are closed.
- Intro: Announce/Present the speaker.
- Moderate sessions:
- Notification: Tell the speaker when time is running out (10mins, 5mins, 1min).
- Moderate: Interrupt long questions. Stop hostile questions and discussions.
- make sure the presentations is not going on too long [unclear]
- Communicate with video crew:
- Hardware: make sure the videos crew has what they need.
- Q&A: Try answering questions by the video crew, otherwise call the Admin group
- Direct questions to the reception: [reception?]
- Hardware is working (if not, contact Admin group)
