General responsibilities for a presentation room

  • Doors: Making sure the doors are closed.
  • Intro: Announce/Present the speaker.
  • Moderate sessions:
    • Notification: Tell the speaker when time is running out (10mins, 5mins, 1min).
    • Moderate: Interrupt long questions. Stop hostile questions and discussions.
    • make sure the presentations is not going on too long [unclear]
  • Communicate with video crew:
    • Hardware: make sure the videos crew has what they need.
    • Q&A: Try answering questions by the video crew, otherwise call the Admin group
  • Direct questions to the reception: [reception?]
  • Hardware is working (if not, contact Admin group)
