General responsibilities for a presentation room

  • Making sure doors are closed
  • Present speaker (?)
  • Moderate sessions
    • making sure speaker is notified when time is running out
    • stop hostile questions and discussion
    • make sure the presentations is not going on too long
  • Communicate with video crew
    • make sure the videos crew has what they need
    • if video crew has questions, try answer, otherwise contact Admin group
  • Direct questions to the reception
  • Hardware is working (if not, contact Admin group)
