General responsibilities for a presentation room
- Making sure doors are closed
- Present speaker (?)
- Moderate sessions
- making sure speaker is notified when time is running out
- stop hostile questions and discussion
- make sure the presentations is not going on too long
- Communicate with video crew
- make sure the videos crew has what they need
- if video crew has questions, try answer, otherwise contact Admin group
- Direct questions to the reception
- Hardware is working (if not, contact Admin group)
