* Doors: Making sure the doors are closed.
 
* Intro: Announce/Present the speaker.
 
* Moderate sessions:
 
** Notification: Tell the speaker when time is running out (10mins, 5mins, 1min).
 
** Moderate: Interrupt long questions. Stop hostile questions and discussions.
 
** make sure the presentations is not going on too long [unclear]
 
* Communicate with video crew:
 
** Hardware: make sure the videos crew has what they need.
 
** Q&A: Try answering questions by the video crew, otherwise call the ''Admin group''
 
* Direct questions to the reception: [reception?]
 
* Hardware is working (if not, contact ''Admin group'')
