* Moderate sessions
 
** making sure speaker is notified when time is running out
 
** stop hostile questions and discussion
 
** make sure the presentations is not going on too long
 
* Communicate with video crew
 
** make sure the videos crew has what they need
 
** if video crew has questions, try answer, otherwise contact ''Admin group''
 
* Direct questions to the reception
 
* Hardware is working (if not, contact ''Admin group'')
