Phone configuration

  • Set language to English
  • Set time and date
  • For room 1-4 + runner: set headset to Auto-answer and silence the phone
  • Code the below numbers into the phone
  • Make a test call to someone and ensure that the call goes through

Phone numbers

During the conference, the following phone numbers will be active:

  • Café: 0729-023878
  • Registration desk: 0729-023876
  • Registration desk runner: 0729-023868
  • Room 1: 0729-023875
  • Room 2: 0729-023872
  • Room 3: 0729-023873
  • Room 4: 0729-023874
  • Conference Manager: 0729-023870
  • Runner: 0729-115268

The following should in addition be programmed in all phones:

  • Jonas: 0730-395009
  • Henrik: 0708-658406
  • Patrik: 0705-125813
  • Grégoire: 0735-569550
  • Rikard: 0739-155923
  • Taxi Kurir: 031-272727
  • Taxi Göteborg: 031-650000
