- Maintaining a plan for promotion activities
- Contacting press
- Contacting previous participants, discussion and announce list
- Creating a list of target groups for FSCONS
- Organising promotion activities targeting each target group
- Maintaining the FSCONS Facebook group and Twitter account
- Distributing information from the other groups in a responsible way, as new information becomes available
- Updating the web pages with information related to promotion of the conference
- Ordered some MiniCards with fscons.org logotype and URL (jonas). Expected late may.
