FSCONS 2010/Conference Staff

Description and Responsibility

• Recruiting and organising the conference staff for the conference days
• Communicating with the other groups that require or requests conference staff
• Setup and organise a system for disseminating information during the conference regarding schedule changes etc to visitors

Room hosts

Would be nice if, during the expected Q&A session at the end of talks, room hosts would encourage people with questions to form a line at the front, and be in earshot of the speaker microphone while communicating the question. (i.e. speaker answer is almost worthless in the absence of context)
