We, the participants, make the conference together, and it is our shared responsibility to create and maintain an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. You won't be asked to confront anyone, and we will respect your personal integrity. If for some reason you feel that you cannot submit a report personally, you can ask another participant to do it in your place.
