[edit] Description and Responsibility

  • Organising social events on Friday and Saturday (and possibly Sunday after the conference)
  • Communicating with the location group for room information.
  • Communicating with the budget group for budget requirements

Berg 211 is booked for us. This need to be communicated and go into the budget.
